Customers Orders

All of our photo magnets are made to order using your uploaded images, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.

When Can You Request a Refund or Return?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide photos showing the problem.

Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging, where possible, to prevent further damage.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

​Non-Refundable Items​

We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Items that were made correctly according to the images and details you provided

  • Requests made after the 7-day reporting period

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or accident.

Additional Information

  • Please make sure your uploaded images are clear and high quality, as we print exactly what is submitted.

  • We are not responsible for slight colour differences due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
